Make your home a spa

Cooking for two

You can spice things up in the kitchen and work together to cook a meal. It doesn't need to be complicated, but it could be simple as cooking beans on toast. You can check out our recipe page for some ideas!

Then you can share the meal over a candle lit table. If you are cautious with candles, you can always opt for the battery alternate use quirky lights such as a lava lamp or wine bottle lights. Still the same result to complete the ambient mood.

Create a scavenger hunt

Want a creative way for a loved one to find their gift? Leave notes around the house to keep them busy whilst you plan a surprise or hand over a gift. This may be time-consuming, but seeing the look on your loved one's face would make your time worth it.

Dessert night

Don't have time to cook a full meal or just fancy something on the sweeter side? You can never go wrong with a dessert night in. You can always bake cakes and decorate with your date or for something quicker, you can pour melted chocolate on to any fruit of your choice. If you want to go a little fancier, you can buy a cheap chocolate fountain from Amazon and create your own buffet.

But if you're not a fan of sweets, you can always try a cheese fondue.

Don't fancy any of the movies at the cinema? Just stick to your living room for your cinematic needs with a comfy seat for two, your own microwave popcorn and a blanket to keep warm. Any film and any choice, it's all for you to decide.
