Whether you're hosting a party, or just want to get into the Christmas spirit, these Christmas cocktails are easy to make, and the perfect addition to any evening!

Chai White Russian

This festive twist on an old favourite is sure to impress. Pour 25ml of coffee liqueur into a glass filled with ice before mixing 50ml of vodka with 75ml of chai-tea infused milk and pouring it into the glass. Simple, yet effective!

Marmalade and Mandarin Mojito

This works best if you have some time to leave the ingredients to infuse with each other, so you can give yourself a head start on party drinks! Put a rounded teaspoon of marmalade, two tablespoons of dark rum, the juice of one mandarin and a slice of mandarin, and a star anise into a jar, screw the lid on and leave to infuse. When you’re ready to serve, add some ice, shake well to mix, and top it up with tonic.

Christmas Cake Martini

Best served with a cinnamon dusted cherry, but that’s optional depending on how fancy you want to be! Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, 50ml of whisky, 5ml of almond-flavoured syrup, 5ml of cherry brandy, 5ml of cognac, and 5ml of lime juice. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass and enjoy!

Classic Snowball

A classic Christmas favourite. Fill a tall glass with ice before adding 50ml of advocaat and 50ml of lemonade and stir until the glass feels cold. Pop a cocktail cherry on top to serve and you’re good to go!

Winter Whiskey Sour

Add a bit of festivity to a classic drink with some orange hints! Put 50ml of bourbon, 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of orange juice and half a tablespoon of sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice and add a slice of orange onto the top for good luck!
